We had the best experience working with Aurora, Alia and Shaun for our April 2025 wedding! Every detail was carefully considered, and the team far exceeded our expectations, in planning, communication, time management, quality and full flavour of the menu! Because we’d never done anything like this before, Aurora was with us every step of the way and kept in constant comms and reassurance that we were well looked after. We were very fortunate to have the amazing team at Black Label BBQ cater our wedding this year and wow!! They blew our expectations out of this world! We chose Black Label to cater for our wedding through recommendations from our venue close friends. From the beginning, they were easy to contact and deal with. Even taking time out of a staff do; meeting with us to make sure they could meet our requirements. From picking our menu, to sorting out payment methods, everything was easy and fluid. You can definitely tell they have a lot of experience in not only catering, but especially catering for weddings. As expected, Shaun's low and slow on sight set up was the talk of the night and he was very accommodating to those who showed interest. No words can describe how amazing the food was. Everything was hot and tasted divine; our guests were talking about it for days afterward. Their set up on the night meant that all of our guests got through in a timely manner and there was enough for seconds for those who wanted it. They packed up through speeches, not interrupting the flow of the night; leaving us all very satisfied to enjoy the rest of the evening. In saying all of that, we would like to sincerely thank the team at Black Label Barbecue and would recommend them to anyone in need of caterers in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything.
